Being intuitive has allowed me to have greater confidence in my decisions. I have had to make leaps of faith, based on what my guides in Spirit have told me. Even when I have growing pains, when I feel that maybe what they are saying is off, I still listen, and question it until it really does make sense. And here is a great example: I am moving to the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania.
If you know my story, I was born in New York, raised in New Jersey, and have lived primarily in Florida. But many may not know that my great grandparents once lived on Railroad Street in Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania. My grandparents had the house after, and I remember years of visiting this area with my mother since I was tiny to when the family's house was finally sold years after their death. My family history is here, in the Poconos. Back then, the industry was coal mining. Now, it is more diverse, and recreational. Skiing, snowbaording, hiking, horseback riding, white water rafting, antiquing and living a more relaxed life is what brought me back. And family. Especially, family.
My mother lives here. My aunts, cousins and their children live nearby as well. It is just nicer to see them all from time to time, instead of being so far away. My friends from high school and college, too. Everyone that is a part of my family history is in this area. And I feel thankful that my own daughter will be able to know our family here better someday. She will also get to know the seasons, see deer in the backyard, and be around horses which is her passion. It is a win-win situation. Trading in walks on the beach for the mountains was not an easy decision but it was a good one and my guides alerted me almost a full year ago that it would happen.
So, I am on my way back home this Christmas. I am seeing the light in the situation, and thanking God for my intuition. Like finding a lost pearl, shutting off my analytical mind has helped me make great strides in faith, trust and even some pixie dust. It is time to begin again, and live in a place that I can finally call home. No more wandering from place to place. I am here to stay. Thanking God, thanking my guides and thanking you, my readers.
